7-Day Refund Policy

At Baaytrix, we are committed to providing high-quality training and ensuring a positive learning experience for every student. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following terms and conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Students are eligible to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment or payment.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be considered.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must:

Submit the refund request in writing via the official company email or designated support channel.
Provide their full name, registered email address, phone number, payment details, and reason for requesting the refund.

Refund requests made through unofficial channels may not be processed.

3. Refund Approval

Each refund request will be reviewed by the Baaytrix Management Team.

The company reserves the right to verify enrollment details, payment records, and compliance with this policy before approving any refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method and banking procedures.

Baaytrix is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

The request is submitted after the 7-day refund period.
False or misleading information was provided during enrollment.
The student violates the company’s policies or Code of Conduct.
The student requests a refund due to reasons unrelated to the course quality (including change of mind, lack of time, personal commitments, or failure to attend sessions after the refund period).

6. Course Access

Upon approval of a refund:

Access to all course materials, recordings, communities, resources, and member-only benefits will be immediately revoked.
The student’s enrollment will be cancelled.

7. Company’s Rights

Baaytrix reserves the right to:

Verify all refund claims.
Reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
Amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

All decisions regarding refunds shall be final and made solely by Baaytrix Management.

8. Acceptance

By enrolling in any Baaytrix course or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
